Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated between The Great Orme and The Small Orme, making it a convenient spot for a visit to the Venue Cymru. The rooms, despite being across from the lift and at the rear of the hotel, offer a very grand space with many original features. While the dining experience, apart from a clean and nice breakfast, was let down by poor quality sausages and overcooked bacon, the service from the lovely staff stood out as fantastic. The location provides nightly entertainment and tables allocated upon arrival, although there were signs of damp in the ceiling that should be addressed.
The hotel has a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while clean, are a bit dated. The bar area and reception are very nice. The large rooms are warm, comfortably furnished, and feature a half sea view. The bathroom includes a large shower cubicle with a good power shower and ample toiletries. The towels are promptly replaced when needed.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family. They were also very warm, ensuring a cozy night's sleep. The hotel mostly caters to all-inclusive bookings, offering early meal sessions and traditional set meals. While the rooms were clean, they felt a bit dated, although the bar and reception areas were lovely.
